Ask in writing
Do I need to get on a call?
No. The brief, questions, proposal and approvals all happen in writing, so you keep a record of every decision. If you would like a call as well, ask and we will arrange one.
Which company will I sign with?
If your business is based in India, you contract with Media Experts (India) in INR with a GST invoice. Everywhere else, you contract with Media Experts LLC (USA) in USD.
How is a project priced?
After the brief we send a written proposal with the scope, the timeline and a fixed price. Nothing starts until you accept it, and changes come as a new written proposal.
Who owns the code and the accounts?
You do. Systems run on accounts in your name from the start, and at handover you receive the full code repository, documentation and every key.
